Shanghai Venture Capital Association (SVCA) held a VC salon event on February 25th, 2010, and Mr. Chambers Yang was invited to be present as a guest speaker. His presentation, titled "Legal Due Diligence in Equity Investment", showed over fifty members the importance, objectives, realization and substantial content of legal due diligence with various cases related.
