The experts meeting of the Offshore Wind Energy Farm Program was held on August 3 rd and 4th in Luo Xingge Hotel in Jiashan of Zhejiang province. This meeting was organized by Shanghai Development and Reform Committee. Mr Yang was invited as the legal expert.
